Can my solution include a web interface also also apart from a mobile app/interface?

My idea will use Mobile app as a primary means to record and submit the 'verified' data.

    Once your mobile app is the primary interface for the user to access your platform there should be no issues. Can you give some more insight of the we interface and why it's needed?

    The web interface is for admin purpose to have an aggregated view/analytics on the user data submitted.
